These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Raview service ("Service") provided by Raview Technologies Inc. ("Raview", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Raview connects to your Google Business Profile, retrieves your reviews, generates responses using AI, and — according to the settings you choose — posts those responses on your behalf and sends you a summary digest.
You must be a business (or authorized to act for one) and able to form a binding contract. You confirm you are an owner or authorized manager of each Google Business Profile location you connect, and that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
By connecting your Google account, you authorize Raview to access your Business Profile location(s) and reviews and, where you enable it, to post responses on your behalf using the access you grant. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account or the dashboard; doing so will stop the Service's review and posting functions. Your use of Google Business Profile remains subject to Google's own terms.
Responses are generated by an automated AI system based on the tone and policies you configure. AI output can be inaccurate, misleading, or unsuitable for a given situation, and may not always conform to Google's policies. You choose whether responses post automatically or only after your review, and content posted to your Business Profile is published in your business's name. You are responsible for that content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raview disclaims liability for the accuracy, quality, tone, or policy-compliance of AI-generated output. We recommend enabling review of responses to sensitive or negative reviews. Raview does not guarantee any particular outcome, rating, or reputational result.
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or abusive content; to violate Google's policies; to impersonate others; or to interfere with the Service's operation or security. You also agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service; attempt unauthorized access or credential stuffing; enumerate or harvest data; or exceed reasonable usage or API rate limits. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that engage in such conduct.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe at the price for your selected tier (Starter, Growth, or Agency). Current prices and the features of each tier are those displayed on the Raview pricing page and at checkout at the time you subscribe, plus applicable taxes including GST/HST. New accounts may include a 14-day free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for recurring fees.
You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops further charges. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Before your data is deleted following cancellation, you may request an export of your account information and generated responses, which we will provide in a commonly used format within a reasonable time.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our control. No specific uptime level is promised, and we are not liable for unavailability.
The Service depends on third parties including Google, Anthropic, Stripe, Resend, Supabase, Railway, and Netlify. We are not responsible for their availability or actions, and their terms may apply to your use of their portions of the Service.
Raview and its software, branding, and content are owned by Raview Technologies Inc. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of your business content; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service for you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raview is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or reputation. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify Raview against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, including responses published in your business's name.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required to protect the Service or comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Before commencing any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved in that period, either party may pursue it in the courts identified in the Governing law section. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
